This line adopts unitized design, each part can control and operate separately. Production process includes Wood storage, Wood feeding, Drilling hole and Inserting rivet, turning, Hinge feeding, Fixing rivets, HT-stamping and Stacking. Automatic feeding wood with robot also can be an option. The finished collar can stack on pallet and land on ground automatically, then can take away with trolley, no need forklift. Compare with traditional manual process, this automatic line is more efficient and safer, improve the product quality, reduces labor cost and save workplace.
