1.seller will send engineer (Chinese speaking, buyer prepare translator) to service in site, all cost in buyer's account (the machine quotation does not include this cost), including all transportation cost between China and buyer factory (two way), visa and insurance cost, hotel and eating responsible by buyer, and extra labor salary USD100/day, need about 10 days.
2.If travel abroad is impossible, then we will send you videos for installation and operation, and supply online guide from WeChat/WhatsApp/Zoom, some of our customers work the machines properly through this way.
