Product Description

It realizes two-axis work together, can work different kinds of tenon, like square, oblique, round, and elliptical. 1.The machine tool is made of high-quality castings. It is processed by special treatment and pentahedron gantry machining center with stable performance, good rigidity and good precision.

 

2.The main shaft adopts special material. After special treatment, precision machining and assembly, use high-speed flat belt drive the cutter spindle speed can be 7000r/min, the hook slots shaft speed is 8000r/min, the operation is stable and the processing quality is good.

3.Feeding adopts high-precision synchronous track and round bar guide structure to ensure stable operation, accurate positioning and good processing quality.

4.For the width adjust system, we use imported linear guide rail and the ball screw drive, and the fixed protective cover is arranged to solve the problem that the guide rail is stuck due to the wood sawdust, and the width adjustment can ensure accurately.

1. Do you offer installation?

Our machines are almost assembled before loading in container. It is very easy for installation in your workshop. Video guidance and English manual can be provided freely. Engineers can be sent to service in site if the buyer request. all cost in buyer's account (the machine quotation does not include this cost), including all transportation cost between China and buyer factory (two way), visa and Insurance cost, hotel and eating in buyer country is responsible by buyer, extra labor salary USD200/day.

 

2. Where can we get replacement parts?

Most of the spare parts are ready in stock. They will be sent to the buyer directly from our warehouse with original prices.

3. How long can we get replacement parts?
