This is a heavy-duty high-speed four-sided woodworking moulder, developed based on the needs of large-scale solid wood processing customers for large-scale and efficient production. Adopting international advanced online straight-blade sharpening technology, automatic sharpening the rear left & right vertical cutter and rear upper / bottom horizontal cutter to achieve high-speed feed cutting of wood. Its maximum processing width is 230mm and maximum feeding speed Up to 60 m / min, it has the advantages of good quality and high efficiency. It is widely used in large-scale finger joint board factories and large-scale solid wood processing plants for high-efficiency and batch production.

Main Features:
1. The machine basement is integrally cast with high-quality castings. After special processing and precision processing, its performance is stable and its rigidity is good.
2. The whole machine adopts a fully enclosed safety cover and a silencer cotton, which can effectively avoid wood chips splashing and isolate noise, and is safe and environmentally friendly.
3. The main spindle adopts special material 50mm diameter and double-bearing front and rear cutting structure. After precision processing, dynamic balance processing and precision assembly, it runs smoothly, has good rigidity and high accuracy.
4. The movable working table is equipped with two sets of pneumatic floating drive rollers to achieve high-speed and powerful feeding, stable feeding, strong and powerful.
5. The rear upper & bottom horizontal cutter and the rear left & right vertical cutter are equipped with an automatic straight-blade sharpening mechanism, thus to realize automatic sharpening to ensure the cutter have consistency cutting circle thus to meet the needs of high-speed feeding, and the quality of the processed wood surface is good.
6. The upper and bottom horizontal cutter are equipped with hydraulic external support structure. They are supported by high pressure oil guns, which are fixed under pressure, have good rigidity, ensure high-speed cutting performance, and have good surface quality.
7. The left vertical spindle side pressure roller and front chip breaker structure, adopts cylinder pressure material and large diameter side pressure roller, to ensure stable pressure and smooth feeding.
8. The front pressure plate of the upper cutter adopts a split-type cylinder pressure structure, and the height direction of the front pressure plate is adjusted separately to facilitate the processing of various shaped wooden products.
9. The front and rear upper horizontal cutter are connected with a coupling by a lifting reducer, which realizes electric synchronous lifting and separate fine adjustment of each cutter spindle for easy and fast operation.
10.Each cutter shaft's lifting, forwarding and backwarding adjustments adopt universal joint mechanism, equipped with numerical control system, fine-tuning mechanism, electronically controlled pneumatic locking, more human helpful.
11.Large diameter feeding roller and overrunning clutch feeding structure are arranged in front of the feeding system to realize high-speed feeding and ensure smooth feeding.
12. The adjustment and control of each spindle adopts the imported computer touch screen and PLC joint control, which is intuitive, convenient and fast, which realizes humanized operation, reduces adjustment time and improves production efficiency.
13. The feeding system is equipped with a large torque reduction box and a sealed universal coupling transmission structure, which makes the entire feeding process smooth.
14. The feeding adopts variable frequency stepless speed regulation, equipped with imported frequency converter, the feeding is stable, strong and powerful.
15. The pressing plate of the upper horizontal cutter adopts a two-way adjusting cylinder pressing structure to ensure the quality of the wood surface.

1. Do you offer installation?
Our machines are almost assembled before loading in container. It is very easy for installation in your workshop. Video guidance and English manual can be provided freely. Engineers can be sent to service in site if the buyer request. all cost in buyer's account (the machine quotation does not include this cost), including all transportation cost between China and buyer factory (two way), visa and Insurance cost, hotel and eating in buyer country is responsible by buyer, extra labor salary USD200/day.
2. Where can we get replacement parts?
Most of the spare parts are ready in stock. They will be sent to the buyer directly from our warehouse with original prices.
3. How long can we get replacement parts?
Common spare parts can be delivered by express within one week. Some parts can be purchased locally.
