Details:
Full automatic finger joint shaping system
Two shaper machines adopts with upper saw blade + bottom saw blade + main saw blade + finger joint cutter, such structure can have better quality wood cutting surface, and main saw blade will be longer life. 2nd shaper machine with automatic roller gluing device, can gluing evenly and save the glue amount. Easy to clean, release back valve, lift the aluminum roller, take out the 4 screws, soak the whole aluminum roller in water for while night, then can easily remove the sawdust and glue, thus can avoid glue blockage.
No limit assembly machine
The structure is assembly first, then cut off to needed length, thus finished wood length with high accuracy tolerance inside 1mm, no need trim length again. And the finished assembly length can adjust as any length you need.
Conveyors, align wood into pressing machines
Can make horizontal and vertical finger joint teeth
Adjust the shaping spindle and saw blade spindle distance can get different teeth type
Service
Installation and operation
- seller will send engineer (Chinese speaking, buyer prepare translator) to service in site, all cost in buyer's account (the machine quotation does not include this cost), including all transportation cost between China and buyer factory (two way), visa and insurance cost, hotel and eating responsible by buyer, and extra labor salary USD150/day, need about 10 days.
- If travel abroad is impossible, then we will send you videos for installation and operation, and supply online guide from WeChat/WhatsApp/Zoom, some of our customers work the machines properly through this way.

In 1 year since the machine finished installation (Recommend install the machines in 6 months after buyer received).
In warranty period seller will supply Free parts and online service exclude,
