Product Description

It realizes two-axis work together, can work different kinds of tenon, like square, oblique, round, and elliptical. Outstanding characteristic:
1. Machine basement is whole casting part, and is processed through annealing and precision machining. Its performance is stable and its precision is good.
2. XY axle movement using imported linear guides, ball screw drive structure, its stable performance, good accuracy.
3. XY axle linkage adopts Delta's high-efficiency full-servo drive system, and the Y-axis (vertical) servo motor has a brake, which runs smoothly and is self-locking is good.
4. Use international brands Delta CNC control system, human-computer interface, easy to learn, easy to operate, high efficiency.
5. Milling spindle adopts 12000r/min 3.7Kw frequency conversion electric motor spindle, and with imported inverter, which is suitable for the processing of wood products with different materials and hardness.
6. Special design swing chain feeding mechanism, to achieve fast feeding, low failure rate.
7. Use hopper feeding device, to achieve automatic feeding, to achieve straight wood and curve wood working, ensure positioning accuracy and machining accuracy.
8. XY axle can tilt, can realize tilting working.
9. Have automatic lubricate oil device to ensure linear guides and ball screws lubricate and operate smoothly.

1. Do you offer installation?
Our machines are almost assembled before loading in container. It is very easy for installation in your workshop. Video guidance and English manual can be provided freely. Engineers can be sent to service in site if the buyer request. all cost in buyer's account (the machine quotation does not include this cost), including all transportation cost between China and buyer factory (two way), visa and Insurance cost, hotel and eating in buyer country is responsible by buyer, extra labor salary USD200/day.
2. Where can we get replacement parts?
Most of the spare parts are ready in stock. They will be sent to the buyer directly from our warehouse with original prices.
3. How long can we get replacement parts?
Common spare parts can be delivered by express within one week. Some parts can be purchased locally.
