Our customers don't need to master the complex AUTO CAD drawing software, you just enter the length and width of box, then machine automatically forming CAD steel strip, and working automatically with PLC. Without manual drawing and input, it's reducing the technology requirements of operator.
The production plan of one day or one week even longer can be arranged at same time, to meet the demands of producing many kinds of steel strips continuously. That will not waste material during the production plan switching, it greatly improve the production efficiency.
The operating system can create a list of customer's all production plan, also can produce different products at the same time, and each type of product by clicking. In the process of implementation of production plan, the list can be arbitrarily added, deleted, modified and arranged.
It's doesn't need worker to watch it when machine working, effectively separating the man and machine. It combines with traditional manual mechanical perfectly, comes true the high stability, efficiency and safety, achieves producing and finished products with one finger, greatly improves product quality and save the cost.

All cost in buyer's account (the machine quotation does not include this cost), including all transportation cost between China and buyer factory (two way), visa and Insurance cost, hotel and eating in buyer country is responsible by buyer, extra labor salary USD200/day.
