Product Details Description

1. Control system 
With separate control cabinet, language in Chinese + English.
With Siemens PLC and touch screen, Yaskawa servo driver and motor, Electric parts, top brand electric parts ensure the machine working smooth in long term.

2. Raw material hopper	3. Double end trimming saw
Stack pile of wood, automatic fall and feed ahead, the size of this hopper is changeable by moveable stoppers.	Saw blade 350mm, thickness 4mm, inside diameter 30mm, each sawing head with 4kw motor, total 8kw.

4. Hole drilling & rivets inserting
Top is rivets box, during working, the box shaking and the rivets will feed through 4 channels to riveting heads. 
Bottom is drilling heads, install 4 drilling bits. 
The 4 rivets will just insert into 4 holes.

5. Wood turning	6. Hinge feeding	7. Hinge and rivets fixing
Hold the wood and 180º turning, so the rivets tip turn to up side, prepare for hinge feeding.	Left and right hinge will automatic feed and put onto the rivets tip	The riveting heads will rotating and fixing the rivets with hinge

Our machines are almost assembled before loading in container. It is very easy for installation in your workshop. Video guidance and English manual can be provided freely. Engineers can be sent to service in site if the buyer request. all cost in buyer's account (the machine quotation does not include this cost), including all transportation cost between China and buyer factory (two way), visa and Insurance cost, hotel and eating in buyer country is responsible by buyer, extra labor salary USD200/day.
 
Q2. Where can we get replacement parts?
Most of the spare parts are ready in stock. They will be sent to the buyer directly from our warehouse with original prices.
 
Q3. How long can we get replacement parts?
Common spare parts can be delivered by express within one week. Some parts can be purchased locally.
