SF1000 automatic wooden pallet production line is used for assembling solid wooden pallets. Can make block pallets, EPAL pallets, and other wooden pallets, American stringer pallets etc. The entire production line is modularly connected, can control each station start and stop through program.We adopts imported accessories, which is stable, safe and efficient. The automatic full line contains, Automatic block feeder + hydraulic nailing head 1+ Whole turning table +hydraulic nailing head 2+4-side corner cutter table+ HT stamping table+ normal turning table+ stacking table+Out-feeding table Notes, The machine use mold to positioning the pallet, one pallet one mold, machine offer with one set of mold, time to change mold & adjust machine need 3-8 hours, so don't recommend change pallet often, means only recommend big quantity pallet use this machine. Please send us your pallet drawings for our evaluation.

Automatic bloc feeder
Optional with safety guard, This station is compatible with 60-200mm width block, independent program control, and can realize online synchronous control with the nailing head.
Nail box
The hydraulic nailing machine is equipped with 3 sets of sway nail boxes, which can use 3 different size of bulk nails at the same time. Each nail path is equipped with a missing nail detection function, which can automatically drop the loose nails into the nail gun.
Nail gun
The nail gun driven nails into wood by hydraulic, and each row can hold up to 36 nail guns to work at the same time. The firing pin of the nail gun uses thickening and heat treatment technology, which is not easy to be damaged, has a long life, and is durable. Each pallet only needs nail 3 times to complete, which can easily realize the nail returning process.
Nailing machine
The nailing machine positioning mold adopts the circulation type, the bridge plate automatically falls, the operatoronly needs to place the panel in the positioning mold. Different pallet only need to replace the positioning mold,and the running speed can be adjusted according to the time of manual place wood.
Hydraulic turning table
The whole turning machine adopts two-side clamping method, which can work with most pallet styles on the market.

Bottom pallet nailing machine
The bottom pallet nailing machine is equipped with 24 nail guns.Less board bottom pallets can customize automatic loading board device, so one person can place all the bottom boards.
Normal turning table
The normal turning machine is controlled by the program +sensor, compatible with a variety of pallet specifications, easy and fast to adjust.
Stacking and out-feeding table
The storage height of the hydraulic stacker can reach 2.3 meters, about 15-20 finished pallets. The 6-meter chain out-feeding table can store about 4-6 stacks of finished pallets.
