1. This machine adopts an overall casting body, it is processed by special treatment and pentahedron gantry machining center which has stable performance and high rigidity and high precision.
2. The working table adopts high-quality castings and is embedded with 15mm wide hard alloy strips throughout the working surface (except for the movable table). After precision grinding, it has the advantages of flat surface and good durability.
3. The main shaft adopts high-strength special steel material. After special treatment, precision machining, dynamic balance detection and precision assembly test, the spindle has good rigidity, stable operation and good precision.
