Touch screen

1) Working table is driven by servo motor, control by Delta PLC and Estun driver, can reciprocate high speed as 6 times per minute. Much higher speed than normal hydraulic driven method. 2) Working table sliding guide rail adopts high precision (accuracy 0.02mm) Taiwan ABBA, ensure working table high speed and stable working and longer life. Middle pre-press Linear slide design, can improve its Stability & Durability. Linear slide with unique dust-proof design, extended life.

1) With 7 inch touch screen. Can edit production size as the wood size. With monitor inside, can show every mechanical parts working status, if there is any problem, will show the error in screen and convenient for worker to solve it.

1) Feeding belt use the worm gear reducer transmission. Small volume can Resist big Torsion. Transmission high Efficient, with high range reduce speed. with special design reduce noise.

1) Working table has manual lubrication device, can lubricate the sliding rail, rotate it 2 times before every working shift is fine.  2) Working table bottom have automatic air gun, can automatic blow away the sawdust, ensure sliding rail can work normal. 3) With Siemens PLC, with high operation speed, normal instruction only need 0.22US. Our machines are almost assembled before loading in container. It is very easy for installation in your workshop. Video guidance and English manual can be provided freely. Engineers can be sent to service in site if the buyer request. all cost in buyer's account (the machine quotation does not include this cost), including all transportation cost between China and buyer factory (two way), visa and Insurance cost, hotel and eating in buyer country is responsible by buyer, extra labor salary USD200/day.

2. Where can we get replacement parts?
Most of the spare parts are ready in stock. They will be sent to the buyer directly from our warehouse with original prices.

3. How long can we get replacement parts?
Common spare parts can be delivered by express within one week. Some parts can be purchased locally.
