Product Details Description

1) 3 ton hydraulic lifting table
Manual feed the wood into this line.
Can replace with other customized automatic conveyors, like chain conveyor or belt conveyor, can connect with other machines to feed wood automatically into this line.

2) Lifting table
With hopper can transfer pack of wood, then one by one lift to ahead, the lifting table with hook can ensure the wood will be lift one by one. 
Also can put the wood into this hopper manually. 

3) Arrange table
Here can have inspector to takeaway the bad wood, with a turning device used as a buffer for excessively high speed coming wood, to transfer the wood to sawing area.

4) High speed double end trim saw
Left and right side each with 450mm saw blade, both sides sawing heads is 50mm moveable, main used for wood end trimming. 
Each side with 4kw powerful motors, ensure high speed feeding and cutting. 
With 4pcs 100mm dust collection ports, recommend use 4kw bag dust collector.
