SF1000 automatic wooden pallet production line is used for assembling solid wooden pallets. Can make block pallets, EPAL pallets, and other wooden pallets, American stringer pallets etc. The entire production line is modularly connected, can control each station start and stop through program.We adopts imported accessories, which is stable, safe and efficient. The automatic full line contains, Automatic block feeder + hydraulic nailing head 1+ Whole turning table +hydraulic nailing head 2+4-side corner cutter table+ HT stamping table+ normal turning table+ stacking table+Out-feeding table Notes, The machine use mold to positioning the pallet, one pallet one mold, machine offer with one set of mold, time to change mold & adjust machine need 3-8 hours, so don't recommend change pallet often, means only recommend big quantity pallet use this machine. 1. Adopts Siemens PLC program and Siemens touch screen, stable operation, can realize remote monitoring and free system upgrade, fault judgment etc.

The gantry of the nailing head is robust and durable, after years of field testing, improvements and optimizations and the material is strictly selected by technician team.
 

2.Operating system,

1. Chinese & English operating language, support different language customization if buyer provide translation.
2. With the function of fault prompt and clearing, equipped with Japanese installation servo drive + motor, accurate positioning.
3. Automatic operating of start/stop any nail path, start/stop the bridge board falling, the nail position adjustment, deck board side alignment.

1> Every nailer equipped with 3 sets of sway nail boxes, which can feed 3 different specifications of loose nails at the same time.

2> Each nail path is equipped with a missing nail detection function, which can automatically drop the loose nails into the nail gun.

3> The nail gun driven nails into pallet by hydraulic power, and each row can hold up to 36 nail guns to work at the same time.

4> The firing pin of the nail gun uses thickening and heat treatment technology, which is not easy to be damaged, has a long life, and is durable.

5> Each pallet only needs nail 3 times to complete, which can easily realize the nail returning process.
 

Different pallet production by changing the positioning mold. The nailing positioning mold adopts the circulation type, the bridge board automatically falls, the operator only needs to place the panel in the positioning mold. Machine running speed is adjustable
