machine quotation does not include this cost), including all transportation cost between China and buyer factory (two way), visa and insurance cost, hotel and eating responsible by buyer, and extra labor salary.
b. If travel abroad is impossible, then we will send you videos for installation and operation, and supply online guide from
WeChat/WhatsApp, some of our customers work the machines properly through this way. We have English videos for almost every machine, videos about the installation steps, operation steps, maintenance steps, most our customer use the machine succeed base on our videos.

Q, What's the steel coil material and size?
A, It's galvanized steel coil, standard size 50mm width 0.7mm thickness. Other size we also can customized the machine with extra cost.

Steel coil inner diameter 500mm, outside diameter 1250mm, weight max. 400kg.

Q, If I buy machine with your standard molds, future can I change to other mold?
A, If same size can change.

Q, The working plywood thickness 5-10mm, can it be bigger?
A, it's most common size in market, if need bigger, we have to use bigger size steel coil, max. width of steel coil is 65mm, this time the working plywood thickness can be 6-12mm, and machine cost increased.

Q, How long time for the machine production?
A, Normally 30-50 working days
