SF2000 wooden pallet deck nailing machine mainly used for pallet face board and stringer board assembly.This machine consist with 4 stations, Nailing head, Transition station, Stacker, outfeed table.

1. This machine consist with 4 stations, Nailing head, Transition station, Stacker, outfeed table.

2. The nailing head is servo nailing, with low noise and high speed. The nail gun striker is durable and not easy damage. Each nail channel is equipped with missing nail detection sensor.

3. Stringer size and position, nailing gun position, all automatic control by servo motors, can set in machine program.

4. The machine equipped with an automatic nail feeding system, when add nails into machine no need to stop the machine.

5. Deck board space is program-controlled, with precise positioning and evenly distribution, can adjust easily and fast, when change board quantity or size or gap, easy and fast adjust in machine screen.

6. The stacker is a mechanical stacker, with stable lifting and high efficiency, and is equipped with a safety fence.

The electric outfeed table is 4m length, automatic induction and automatic outfeeding.

Our machines are almost assembled before loading in container. It is very easy for installation in your workshop. Video guidance and English manual can be provided freely. Engineers can be sent to service in site if the buyer request. All cost in buyer's account (the machine quotation does not include this cost), including all transportation cost between China and buyer factory (two way), visa and Insurance cost, hotel and eating in buyer country is responsible by buyer, extra labor salary USD200/day. 

2. Where can we get replacement parts?

Most of the spare parts are ready in stock. They will be sent to the buyer directly from our warehouse with original prices. 

3. How long can we get replacement parts? 
Common spare parts can be delivered by express within one week. Some parts can be purchased locally.
