This machine is applicable to the front and four sides of plate-type workpieces such as panel furniture, solid wood doors, cabinet door panels, decorative panels, calcium silicate boards, glass magnesium boards, and cement fiber boards. For PU/NC/UV/water-based paints, fluorocarbon paints, etc.
Continuous high-quality automatic spray painting, improve product quality and production efficiency, while reducing paint loss, saving production costs. 

1. This machine is suitable for continuous spraying operations on various types of wooden workpieces, building materials workpieces, etc.

2. It can be used for full coverage primer and topcoat spraying on various paints such as UV, PU, PE, NC, water-based, etc.

3. This machine is designed with a fully enclosed paint spraying room and a front tempered glass door for easy opening.

4. Adopting Italian flat top compressed air filtration system, equipped with filtration fan, continuously replenishing clean air volume, and installing exhaust air filtration system afterwards. High flow and high-pressure fan ensure complete recovery of paint mist, avoiding secondary pollution of paint mist.

5. Equipped with a paint exhaust treatment cabinet to reduce environmental pollution.

6. The paint recycling system adopts a separate recycling truck, which facilitates the recycling of paint and makes replacement and cleaning more convenient.
