1.This machine is mainly used for board type furniture, floor, flush door,handicraft and other surface primers ,The treated paint film surface of the machine is smooth and full. No piles of paint before and after.

2. Conveyor belt, applicator roll. doctor roller adopt imported motor .frequency conversion speed That paint film thickness can be more precise controlled.
3. Applicator roller,doctor roller and scraper can choose different working methods according to different requirements, making the operation more convenient and flexible.
4. This machine can be used for UV, PU, PE, NC and waterborne coatings. The paint can be recycled.
5 Equipped with 5 sets frequency converter or cheese PLC each group can be used alone,processing more accurately.

Coating system	The coating roller and doctor roller are precisely controlled by independent Siemens inverter motor and reducer to make the stable coating processing.
Lifting system	The lifting system is dovetail design, precisely automatic go up and down.
Paint system	All paint recycle channels and paint heating barrels are using qualified stainless steel.
Feeding system	The whole welding design make the strong structure, the transport belt are using 4mm thicker PVC belt.
Electrical system	Siemens/PLC control can set up the roller height and distance by touch panel.
Easy-maintenance	The casting design considered the rollers' exchange, the roller changing is fast and easy.

1. Do you offer installation?

Our machines are almost assembled before loading in container. It is very easy for installation in your workshop. Video guidance and English manual can be provided freely. Engineers can be sent to service in site if the buyer request. all cost in buyer's account (the machine quotation does not include this cost), including all transportation cost between China and buyer factory (two way), visa and Insurance cost, hotel and eating in buyer country is responsible by buyer, extra labor salary USD200/day.

 

2. Where can we get replacement parts?

Most of the spare parts are ready in stock. They will be sent to the buyer directly from our warehouse with original prices.

3. How long can we get replacement parts?
Common spare parts can be delivered by express within one week. Some parts can be purchased locally.
