Main features,

1. The machine body is made of high-quality castings, produced by special processing and precision machining center. The accuracy is good.
2. The cutter shaft is made of high-strength special materials, which are specially heat-treated, precision-machined, dynamically balanced and precision-loaded.
3. It is stable, durable and accurate.
4. The saw shaft is made of special material and 50mm diameter. The saw blade is directly installed on the left and right saw shaft without the reducer sleeve, thus can save cutting material.
5. The workbench uses special wear-resistant materials, after heat treatment, precision processing and hard chrome plating, wear resistance, use long life
6. The left and right saw shafts are equipped with jet mist device to spray mist when working, to improve the service life and processing of the saw blade and cutting quality.
7. The feeding mechanism adopts imported frequency converter and universal joint transmission, which is convenient to adjust and feeding is stable.
8. Four sets of vertical active feeding rollers are arranged before and after the discharge side, to ensure smooth feeding of sawing and overcome processing surface burnt black, and the quality of the processed surface is good.
9. Two sets of active feeding idler rollers are arranged in front of the left and right planer shafts and the left and right saw shafts to ensure smooth feeding.
