1) Contact roller is used for wire drawing and oxide layer removal on workpiece surface
2) The contact roller is made of Korean nitrile rubber, which has good oil and corrosion resistance and longer service life. The hardness of the rubber roller is determined according to the customer's different processes;
3) The contact roller adopts an integral structure, which can be divided into three parts (as shown in the figure below), namely, a seamless steel pipe with a wall thickness of 9mm, plus an eccentric shaft center processed from round steel, and NSK bearings are used at the combination joints; Before combination, tempering, fine turning, dynamic balancing and other treatment processes are carried out to ensure that the wall thickness of the steel pipe is 7 mm and the left and right balance error is ± 0.02 mm. Finally, it is fixed to the equipment through the bearing seat. This method can largely eliminate sand bias and leakage.
4) The eccentric contact roller is pneumatically controlled and can be lifted and lowered independently. In case of equipment failure, the contact roller will rise automatically to protect the plate from damage;
5) The belt pulley integrated roller enhances the overall balance;
6) During the working process, the contact roller can be operated forward and backward according to the actual situation. One key adjustment is convenient and fast;

9) Abrasive belt deviation correction device adopts the optoelectronic switch of South Korea Autonix to control the swing of the equipment sand rack, so that the equipment can operate more stably;

1. Do you offer installation?
Our machines are almost assembled before loading in container. It is very easy for installation in your workshop. Video guidance and English manual can be provided freely. Engineers can be sent to service in site if the buyer request. all cost in buyer's account (the machine quotation does not include this cost), including all transportation cost between China and buyer factory (two way), visa and Insurance cost, hotel and eating in buyer country is responsible by buyer, extra labor salary USD200/day.
2. Where can we get replacement parts?
Most of the spare parts are ready in stock. They will be sent to the buyer directly from our warehouse with original prices.
