1.Chain blocks feeding system, variable feeding speed change
Chain blocks feeding system guarantees the straightness of ripping. Feeding speed is able to be freely set from 4-30 m/min, providing the most convenience.
2.Safety anti-kickback devices
To guarantee the personnel safety and work efficiency, as the result of a long time research, three section of anti-kickback devices are adopted at the feeding direction and safety plate and cover are adopted at the side of machine, providing the most complete protection.
3.Automatic mandatory lubrication device
The central lubrication system ensures a permanent oil film between the chain and guide rails. The warning lamp will light when there is insufficient oil in the oil tank, and the feeding chain will stop running automatically. This fully ensures the service life of the feeding chain and guide rails.
4.Powerful saw spindle motor

1. Do you offer installation?

Our machines are almost assembled before loading in container. It is very easy for installation in your workshop. Video guidance and English manual can be provided freely. Engineers can be sent to service in site if the buyer request. all cost in buyer's account (the machine quotation does not include this cost), including all transportation cost between China and buyer factory (two way), visa and Insurance cost, hotel and eating in buyer country is responsible by buyer, extra labor salary USD200/day.

 

2. Where can we get replacement parts?

Most of the spare parts are ready in stock. They will be sent to the buyer directly from our warehouse with original prices.

3. How long can we get replacement parts?
Common spare parts can be delivered by express within one week. Some parts can be purchased locally.
