Application

This is an full automatic assembly/nailing line for Stringer/American pallets (As below pictures), manually feed the wood into machine, and machine will auto nailing the bottom, auto turn the pallets, auto nailing the face, auto stack, and auto convey.

Product Description

SF9010 automatic stringer pallet nailing machine, design for stringer/US pallets, manual load wood, automatic nailing, 8h productivity about 1000pc.
The machine consist with three main parts, nailing head, stacking table, out-feeding table.
Nailing gun can be N70 or N80, and maximum 4pc nailing gun, distance and height is adjustable. 
Our machine is computer-controlled, auto control and accurate positioning of nails, auto rotate pallet, auto stack, can greatly improve productivity and precision, can replace manually or traditional old machines, thus can satisfy requirements of factory's expansion.

Stringer feeding system

Quick adjust for 4 stringers distance	Machine Nailing position adjustment we have two ways, you can switch to any way as you like.
Pneumatic nailing system with feeding and turning system, stringers will auto feed here, pallet deck and bottom boards load here manually.	1) U sensor + metal rod(above picture marked in green), it's will be more accurate, when change pallet, need to move the positions.  2) Program control, you measure each nail position and input in screen, can save for different pallets datas, after some times working, the data may shift, then you measure again and revise the data.

Pusher, after pallets finished assembly, will be pushed to stacking system.
